We understand that your college journey is filled with excitement and possibility, and while it can also feel like a big adventure, just know that the Center for Academic & Career Services (CACS) is here to support you every step of the way!

Each first-year student is paired with a dedicated CACS counselor whose mission is to support a smooth transition to college and help set the foundation for long-term success. Your counselor will work with you one-on-one, taking a holistic approach that emphasizes your academic progress, personal well-being, and career readiness.

• Need some extra help in class? Great, we will connect you with a peer tutor.
• Interested in doing an internship? Fabulous, we will help you to find an internship experience best suited for you.
• Not every day goes as planned - and that's okay! We are ready to listen and help you find the support that can make things a little easier.
• Your time is valuable! We are here to help you make the most of it. Let us guide you in creating a schedule that sets you up for success and helps you stay one step ahead.
• Looking for a job? Let's get to work! Our staff will help you write your résumé and customize it to best attract employers.
