Counseling Services is happy to help the Mount Community access information about mental health and connect with off-campus resources. The information on this webpage is provided to aid you in better supporting yourself and others in coping with the challenges that may arise during college. Here is a list of national resources as well as resources local to the Hudson Valley broken down by topic/population, but we recognize that this list is not exhaustive.
